We got their suspended ad account back. Then we cut cost per click by 73%.
A UAE company formation firm came to us with their Meta account shut down. Five months later it was running at 88 fils a click. Every number below is from that account.
Company formation sits closer to Meta's financial services policy than most operators realise. If your account has been restricted — or you are advertising in a category where it might be — that is a specific problem we have solved.
You cannot advertise from a suspended account
Their Meta account had been shut down. Meta had flagged it under financial services policy — the campaigns were running messaging that read as investment promotion.
Company formation sits unusually close to Meta's financial services rules. Language about investment, returns, capital or financial products can trigger enforcement even when the underlying business is a licensing and PRO service.
Compliance is not a box you tick after the creative is written. It shapes how the creative gets written.
Open a new ad account and carry on. It breaches Meta's terms, it is routinely detected, the replacement account gets suspended in turn, and frequently the business asset and connected pages go down with it. A short-term fix becomes a permanent loss.
We took the slow route
Worked the case through Meta's official review process — building the appeal, documenting the business, evidencing the licensed activity.
We fixed the cause
Corrected the ad content that triggered enforcement in the first place, so the account would survive a second review rather than just pass the first.
The original account came back
Reinstated with its history, audiences and pixel data intact. No new account. No workaround. Nothing that would fail again.
What happened once it was running again
The account was not new. It carried 27 campaigns and more than two years of history before we touched it. Here is the same account, before and after.
Twenty-eight months. Roughly three and a half thousand clicks, each costing more than three dirhams before anybody had spoken to a prospective client.
One-sixth of the time. Twenty-four per cent less money. Two point eight times the clicks.
The periods differ in length, so per-dirham efficiency is the only fair measure. It is also the one most agencies avoid publishing.
Under a thousand dirhams produced 1,720 visits at 56 fils each. A short run on a small budget, included because the numbers stand up.
Reach up 60%. Frequency down 23%.
One number in this account tells you more about the quality of the work than the headline figures do.
That combination only happens one way. Spend more against the same audience and frequency rises while reach stalls — you are showing the same ads to the same people more often, and performance degrades as they tire of it. Reach rising while frequency falls means the targeting genuinely expanded into new audiences rather than working the existing one harder.
Lowest cost per lead across the campaigns in this period, ranging up to AED 17.62 depending on objective and audience.
Company formation is a five-figure purchase in this market. Against a product in that band, leads at single-digit dirhams change what a marketing budget is capable of — even at the top of that range, fewer than one lead in five hundred needs to close.
Both of our clients in this sector run on a site we built
Paid search performs badly against pages that were not built to receive it. In this category we do both, which is why the numbers above are what they are.
Two UAE formation firms. Both named, both contactable.
We are not going to claim dozens of clients in this sector. We have two, every number on this page came from their accounts, and you are welcome to ask them.
Creative that runs inside the rules and still sells
Campaigns rebuilt to sit inside Meta's financial services policy without losing commercial edge — plus monthly content across Facebook and Instagram, and influencer production delivered on request.
Everything that puts a licence enquiry in your inbox
Ad account recovery
Suspended or restricted Meta accounts taken through official review — history and pixel intact, not replaced.
Policy-aware creative
Campaigns written to sit inside financial services rules before they run, rather than after they are pulled.
Meta Ads
Lead forms and click-to-WhatsApp run in parallel and compared, not assumed. In this market buyers ask before they commit.
Google Ads
Search on high-intent formation and visa queries, pointed at dedicated landing pages rather than a homepage.
Websites & landing pages
We built or rebuilt both our clients' sites in this sector. Paid traffic needs somewhere built to receive it.
Technical SEO
The groundwork that makes paid search viable — speed, structure and indexation before a dirham is spent.
Content & social
Monthly production across Facebook and Instagram, keeping channels alive while paid carries acquisition.
Influencer production
Sourced from permit-holding UAE creators, with usage rights secured so the content can run as paid media.
